"The room was very nice and the location was great. The hotel was very close to the mono rail and the train station as well as the castle. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"A good hotel, that looks and feels a liked dated... but a fantastic location "

"Loved the location 5 minute walk from the Kokura Station on the quiet North side of the station, use the escalators to get down the street level with luggage. Supermarket in Basement of the station also in Saint City building and a convenience store opposite the hotel. Saizeriya Restaurant just a 5 minute walk in the same street as the hotel with cheap hot meals and wine. Tourist Information was so helpful at the station with maps and suggestions"
