"Our second time staying here in 6mths. Very convenient hotel right next to Nissan-rent-a-car ◡̈ for us to drop off our car, and shuttle back to airport (via either company’s shuttle service). Very clean and reasonably priced! At less than SGD100 per night? Seriously really awesome! And they have a 24/7 Lawson which has everything!!!! Haha, they have souvenirs and all.. And the laudry was very convenient too (which we used the previous time), just put in the money, and they wash and dry for you, fuss free! And apparently they allow you to press’self wash’ for hygiene before usage (for those who are more particular with hygiene of public facility) ◡̈ Staff are very very friendly too! Cheers!"

"Staff was a bit unfriendly. Not very helpful I waited for someone to attend to me while I was standing at desk for 5-7 mns . Front desk staff didn't speak any English or well enough to communicate with me . However hotel was ok. Rooms were a bit outdated"

"I traveled with my family. We made a reservation for a semi-double room with an extra bed. I surprised that beds were not that size as information in Expedia site. Beds were absolutely the same size. Positive points:high floor, enough space for 2 adults and 1 child, a quiet room, and a delicious breakfast, free shuttle bus bound for Narita aeroport. Negative points:extra towels for a child required an additional fee. There were no bottles of water or tea provided, only coffee packs. The air conditioner was difficult to adjust (it was either too hot or too cold). Shuttle bus doesn't stop Terminal 3 even it is close to Terminal 2(~15 minutes by walk). I saw thst other buses stoped near T3. I chose this hotel because of the onsen however, we had to pay for it and did not receive towels. After using the onsen, my child and I took a shower and asked a ther guest women where we could get towels. She told us that we needed to bring them from our room. I was disappointed because nobody informed us about this in advance. Even if there was a language barrier, I can speak Japanese as I have been living in Japan for many years. Additionally I worked in 2 local hotels, so I knew hapanese service rules. As result, next time I will definitely choose a different hotel."

"We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance."
