The rooms are not the latest equipment, but they are well maintained and in good condition. The free parking lot is large and very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Quite a nice hotel located at city center, awarding an excellent view whenever you take the escalator. However, there's only limited amenity in room, not even coffee, which is seldom to happen in Japan. When we stay there, hot spring has closed, and it makes the property too quite and lack of atmosphere. But, it is still a good place to have stay a night.

Great breakfast, a must have in the morning! The lobby area has a lot of stores, restaurants, and a coffee shop next to the bus station inside the hotel building. Very convenient location, because across the street there are even more restaurants. Also, the hotel's hot spring is free of charge for hotel guests -- perfect place to wash up and to relax!

東京駅から高速バスで直通便が1時間に4.、5本もありとても便利でした。ホテル周辺には徒歩圏内にレンタカーや商業施設がたくさんあり快適でした。ホテルを拠点にコミュニティバスやレンタカーで東国三社巡りや水郷佐原などとても満喫できました。夜はホテルに併設している天然温泉で露天風呂やサウナも楽しめ1日の疲れをリセットできました😊 また利用したいホテルです👍
