Check-in at the hotel was good with staff being attentive and the process was very efficient. There was some confusion on check-in with us being Accor silver status members and benefits that should be applied. The room was well appointed and spacious with an ocean view. This resort is amazing! The staff are friendly and accommodating, from the moment we arrived until we left. As we stayed during low season we were able to have early check in and late check out, however in peak season they may not be able to accommodate that. The resort, was clean stylish and well appointed. Excellent onsite premium food options, stunning rooms with furniture that not only looks good but is designed to be comfortable too. Staff were very accommodating and helpful in giving us tips for tours and transfers.

The experience was different. The money travel and language was an eye opener to us. We loved every bit of it. We was suprized about the rules of the roads. Shopping was amazing. The tempal was beautiful the big Buddha was amazing. We had fun on the flying hanuman never done anything like it. The speed boat tour around the island was breath taking. The resort was amazing we loved the food. The service was great. I would come back.

Was great for 2 young kids (1 year and 2.5 years). Asked to love to ground floor room second day and wasn’t a problem. Large rooms with divider to seperate kids sleeping to adults. Provides 2 cots free of charge and kids bedding. Also had a step in room so toddler could reach washbasin. Nice details to support young kids. Pools were great. Loved everything about our stay.

This is one of the finest hotels in the world! We stayed there as part of the sandbox program. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet part of Phuket - away from the crowds and built up areas. All staff are vaccinated and we felt totally safe. The hotel is perched on a cliff top overlooking Naithon Beach. Access is via a walkway or down the drive. The beachside village is also very safe with a range of fabulous restaurants (Sameena was the best) along with a wide range of beachside massage...

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now . It is in a central position , the staff are very helpful and polite. I intend to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Phuket.

We had a great time, the staff were friendly, the facilities were great and the breakfast buffet every morning had plenty of options. If you want to do all inclusive you would never have to leave the resort. Our three year old was in the pool everyday, the beach is just down the steep hill. (Prefered Karon than Kata personally. Food options and night market dish three hill have cheaper food if you want to explore like us. Request the more updated rooms if possible, a few things wrong or not...

Unbelievable experience at La Flora Patong. Fourth time visiting the area and 3rd different hotel but by far the best. Will be coming back again. From the friendly security guard that stops traffic to help you cross the street, to the smiles and welcoming greetings of every single staff member you pass, I could not fault one single thing.
