Great Location but Confusing Rate Change at Hotel
Hegel Petr was an “ok” stay in my opinion. The location is great, and they have a large garage that worked great for parking. The room was fine, with comfortable beds. It was somewhat disappointing that we arrived and we’re told we needed to pay extra for our children to stay. They mentioned a glitch in the system that didn’t account for the error, so we paid more upon arrival even though we had prepaid for the stay. Also, the breakfast was subpar as it seemed like the host was overwhelmed. There was a large portion of the breakfast that was unavailable by the time we arrived despite there being over an hour left n the scheduled breakfast time. There were no bowls for the remaining yogurt and very little coffee left. We ended up going to a nearby coffee shop for more coffee. Overall, it’s a nice location and the beds are fine, but they need to improve the breakfast service and fix whatever error is causing the rate charged problem.

Internet is too slow in the room. Eva (receptionist) is great and helpful. The other receptionist (young fellow) is not accommodating... The room was good including sauna!

Ideal location but noisy and oldfashioned
Ideal location. The old building of the hotel is made of wood so you can hear almost everything. Our room was next to the breakfast room so we were woken up everyday by the noise from the breakfast room. In the evening and night you could hear laughing and talking of the staff from the casino. Furniture and other equipment of the room was oldfashioned. Quite renovated bathroom with big bath tube. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast so so. Not much vegetables. But ok.

Appartement mit Teppich, der modrig roch und mit Flecken voll war. Couch war nicht nutzbar…. Vom Kühlschrank ganz zu schweigen. Matratzen waren durchgelegen, bei den Stühlen lösten sich die Armlehnen. Balkon dreckig, bei Starkregen lief Wasser nicht ab und es lief ins Zimmer. Tischdecken beim Frühstück mit Flecken vom Vortag, auch am Buffett nicht sauber. Im Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel Spinnweben und Dreck. Personal zum Frühstück unfreundlich, man kam sich unerwünscht vor. Das Frühstücksbuffett sollte man nicht mit einem AI Urlaub vergleichen. War ok. Positiv ist die Lage vom Hotel und die Größe vom Appartement. Weiter hat das Appartement eine Sauna und Whirlpool, welches wir jedoch nicht nutzten.

Lidt bedre end ok
Dejlig rummelig familielejlighed med plads. Svært med at finde p-plads og måtte parkere på nabohotel for 200kr pr. nat, da det ligger i en gågade. Morgenmad ok, men under middel. Service fin. Super beliggenhed og value for Money. Køkkenet er ikke fyldt op med inventar, så Lan selv kan lave mad.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage gegenüber den Kolonaden. Das Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier die Sauberkeit der Fußböden genannt. Leider hat das Fernsehgerät nicht funktioniert. Kein deutsches Programm. Wäre schon schön gewesen. Wir dachten das dieses Hotel Behindertengerecht ausgestattet ist. Außer den Fahrstuhl war das mit großen Aufwand für die Gehbehinderte verbunden. Nun ja Parkplätze sind keine vorhanden. Doch damit konnten wir leben. Danke für das ein und aus Checken in der oberen Garage über den Fahrstuhl. Alles in allen hatten wir trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage zu einem guten Preis. Hotel muß sich halt etwas an den Standart anpassen sonst verliert es Gäste. Danke noch einmal an die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption.

Hotel Petr - v pořádku
Hotel je na skvělém místě. Je to starší udržovaný dům. Pokoj v pořádku, jen je v něm málo nádobí a chybí mikrovlnná trouba k přihřání si jídla v době, kdy restaurace nabízejí pouze jídlo k odnosu. Parkování možno v garáži pro 2 vozidla (poplatek 400 Kč za vozidlo/noc) anebo cca 5-10 minut chůze od hotelu ve výše položené ulici na Vyhlídce (zdarma).

Очень хорошее расположение, прекрасный вид из окна. Удильные кровати, хороший напор воды. Немного тормозил WiFi в номере. Завтрак стандартный. С удовольствием ещё раз остановлюсь в этом отеле

Świetnie położony hotel
Hotel w samym centrum, bardzo przestronne czyste pokoje. Polecam zarezerwować miejsce parkingowe, bo parkowanie w tym miejscu to problem. Śniadanie bez rewelacji, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Hotelzimmer ist extrem Abgewöhnt, Möblierung zusammengewürfelt und kaputt alles staubig kein Roomservice Heizung teilweise defekt. Betten.,Lattenrost nicht vorhanden nur ein Holzbrett .Fernsehen so groß wie ein Laptop und ohne deutsche Programme Fenster und Türen schließen nicht richtig..Sehr enttäuschend
