It's a beautiful old hotel with unique architecture and history. The spa and relaxation amenities were phenomenal. Bar & restaurant were well-run and had great options. Would be nice if any staff spoke English, but understandable.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher ein 3* Standard, wenn denn alles da wäre. Obwohl der Saal nicht voll war, waren viele Sachen vergriffen und wurden auch nicht umgehend aufgefüllt. Das Hotel scheint der Situation nicht Herr zu werden oder möchte es nicht, zumal ich vorab ähnliche Kommentare gelesen habe. Daher konnte ich mich darauf einstellen und war nicht enttäuscht. In Summe empfehlenswert!

Classic hotel
Classic hotel a little way out of the center. Retains much of the original style. Warning: you have to book parking in advance: there are no other possibilities close by.

Schönes Hotel in bester zentraler Lage. Frühstück Wellness und Personal gut. Anlage mit Park sehr sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen kommen gerne wieder.

Palace bristol ! Le bonheur
Emplacement idéal dans une ville magnifique ! L’hôtel dispose de tout les services possible ... piscine magnifique ... le personnel est très accueillant ! Il est possible de se ballader juste en face de l hôtel avec des vues incroyables. Un séjour idéal

Bei unserem Aufenthalt ist uns besonders das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und im Wellnessbereich, die geräumigen sowie schönen Zimmer und die super Lage in Karlovy Vary aufgefallen. Auch bei einer Reise mit Kind sehr zu empfehlen!

V hotelu bylo vše ok, pouze v koupelně byly plesnivé spáry mezi dlaždičkami, což bych u **** hotelu nečekala. Služby a snídaně v pořádku.
