They organized several private cars for us, provided great guidance on where to go, and were always ensuring that we were well taken care of. Their rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. "Great Location! close to all attarctions nice restaurants on bosphorus, the galata port and Galata tower. walkable distance to most of tourists attractions. Hope on hope off bus at 1min walk from hotel. Nice room size with central AC/Heating clean and nice staff. The only thing I did not like is you can hear ppl in corridors and water loudly when neighbors are showring! Good price/quality ratio, I would stay there again! thanks"

"Disaster complete disaster, filthy, dusty, Horrible service, Refrigerator not working, Shower drips constantly, Smell of cigarette, & most discomfort for us was the stairway, so be ready to walk up some 22 steps for each floor. We mentioned several times about the water running in shower and the noise it is making, about refrigerator, about smoke smell ( the room we booked was nonsmoking) he would say he will take care of it, but it never happened because he was not there & his office was...

"Aly Port Hotel was a perfect location for walking to Grand Bazaar, Taksim square, Galataport and alleyways. Check in was easy and we had a large room on 4th floor. Facilities were clean, however the door to balcony in our room would not open. That was not a problem as we were out for majority of time and just used window for fresh air. Whilst the mosque and main road were nearby we were not too bothered by noise. Overall it was a pleasant stay"

"Very good as a place for a group as convenient for transport, restaurants and all the attractions of Beyoglu. The staff were very helpful, though one evening there was no staff presence which proved inconvenient."
