Sehr schöne und behindertenfreundliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Besonders gefallen hat, daß gerade für Rollstuhlfahrer es von Nutzen war, die Türen zur Tiefgarage elektrisch zu betätigen. Außerdem verfügte der Stellplatz in der TG über behindertenfreundliche Maße ( 500 x 350cm ). So konnte man bequem mit dem Rollstuhl neben das Fahrzeug fahren und auf dem Fahrersitz Platz nehmen.

Sehr schöner Blick aufs Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Bereich, in dem derzeit nicht gebaut oder renoviert wird. Die Fotos geben die Wohnungseinrichtung korrekt wieder. Der Küchenbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Richtig zu kochen ist sehr gut möglich. Mir hat der wettergeschützte Tiefgaragenplatz sehr gut gefallen. Durch zwei mit elektrischen Türöffnern zu bedienende Brandschutztüren kommt man von dort zum Fahrstuhl.
