Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach.

Our plane was delayed five hours, and landed at two o’clock in the morning. There were no taxi, no rental cars. I called the hotel, and the manager came out to give us a ride.

Truly authentic Hawaii. If you’re looking for a resort with a waterfall fountain, this is not your place. It is a place the locals go to sip cocktails and have a meal at the oceanfront Lava Lava Beach Club. Kauai Shotes is clean and the service is wonderful!

Great Staff. Clean room . comfortable bed. Plenty Parking. THE VIEW: AWESOME. Quiet location near many good restaurants. Walking path just outside room. They have a restaurant for breakfast.
