"We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back."

"This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island."

"Overall I give this one an 8 staff is great location okay noise level 5 Short walk to the beach. View is pretty good. A few things didn't work. Or we're missing. But I was told by the property manager. They are working on those. The central coast is great As far as getting around the island. But the road noise and sirens. Might be a bit much for some. "We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, when we entered we were greeted with beautiful fresh tropical flowers and lovely Hawaiian treats. The ground floor unit has a walk out lanai where you can have your feet in the sand in seconds, and a nice foot bath to wash the sand off your feet was a great touch. "We loved staying here for our time in Kauai. Very short drive from the airport. We loved being so close to the water and the boardwalk along the beach was a beautiful walk. Lava Lava Beach Club next door is a fantastic restaurant as well. Overall very happy with the experience. Hassle free check in, no parking issues. THe market nearby is great too.Highly recommend."

"The expansive property was secluded and beautiful even though it was a short walk to restaurants, grocery, shopping and shaved ice. The room/bed was very comfortable and it was always quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves."

"Very happy with our stay here. If I had to mention something that would would make it better, It would be. 1) more towels available in the closet. Just wasn't enough for a full weeks stay. Very affordable pricing for being on a nice property right on the beach. I would recommend it!"

"We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in an oceanfront downstairs unit and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Every morning i would open the slider doors, sit in the recliner chair and have breakfast and enjoy the ocean view and sound. The staff provided beach towels, beach chair and even a cooler which i could use for lunches. Will definitely stay again!"
