About this property

Sandpiper 133B - updated and renovated studio in Princeville

  • Clean, modern, studio with kitchenette. Completely renovated December 2018 - everything is new including floors, cabinets, interior paint, shower, vanity, fixtures, ceiling fan, furniture...

    There is a comfortable queen bed and an air mattress (twin or queen) can be provided for extra guests.

    Conveniently located in Princeville so you are close to shopping, dining, coffee, golf, beaches, hiking and more. The resort is quiet and has a pool, hot tub and BBQs on site.

    There is no stove or oven but there is coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, electric skillet and electric grill for your use. There is no laundry facility but fresh towels and linens can be provided at no additional charge.

    We are doing the finishing touches on the condo - still need to add pictures to walls, lamps, rugs and patio furniture. Will update pics when it’s complete in early Jan 2019.
