"Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!"

"Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!! I upgraded my stay and was worth every penny! The Chic Show/floating breakfast etc all were amazing, though it rained on breakfast day which couldn’t be helped. I do hope more night entertainment like DJs on the TRS side/silent party not in the kids area. Our butlers Antonio, Miguel and Francisco were so sweet and made sure everything down to the detailed were amazing! We plan to go back and try to get the master suite, but is unavailable on Expedia unfortunately. Thank you TRS!"
