"Our stay at the GrandWest Arashiyama was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, reception was incredibly helpful, and the location was quiet and idyllic. During our stay we made the most of the amenities including free refreshments, a washing/drying machine, and a cute cafe situated just downstairs from the hotel entrance. Our stay here was easily one of the best parts of our trip to Japan and I highly encourage those visiting Arashiyama to consider this hotel!"

We were lucky enough to have a private onsen with very clean water at the perfect temperature on a lovely little lanai. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba – A place I’d love to return to! Karaksa at Osaka Namba is a hotel I would definitely come back to. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the entire place is spotless and well-kept. The room is quite spacious for Japan, especially given its convenient location near Dotonbori. There are plenty of shopping and dining options just steps away, and I really enjoyed the sense of safety while walking around the nearby streets. The hotel also offers complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and light snacks in the lobby café — a lovely spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere."
