"The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. "We arrived at the hotel and they didn’t have our booking registered. Very poor management and didn’t even offer a solution or to pay us back. "

"The room was good size with a great view however we had no tea or coffee,no restaurant as advertised. They were surprised when we arrived as they were closed for renovations although the one guy there did his best to help accommodate us. It is along way out of city centre and quie hard to find. Feel that they shouldn’t really book guests if they are wanting to do major maintenance and renovations. Really there was poor service if any. Would not stay again."
