"Kandersteg, located in the Swiss Alps, is a true winter wonderland. The small village is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, making it the perfect destination for a winter getaway. Hotel Alpina sits about a 10min walk from the train station. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. More options for breakfast would have been nice but overall it was a great stay. "This place is amazing. Beautiful location. Stunning scenery. Quick walk from Grindelwald station. Right across from Grindelwald First Cable Car. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Great amenities. Make sure you have a drink at the bar. Bartender Diogo will look after you. Great service and the best banter. Very welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. "
