Staff were very nice and courteous. Hotel was very easy to find. Location is walking distance to different tourist attractions (omisho market, kanazawa castle, kenrokuen garden). Lovely small hotel, with really attentive staff and a very zen feel to it. They offered complementary drinks and late night soup supper. Would have loved to stay more than 1 night to experience it properly.

The best staff, they were all amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent, near Kanazawa Station, Omicho Market, a mall, independent shops coffee shops, bakeries and convenience stores. The Fuji room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful room and lovely staff. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. It's a short walk from the train station and an even shorter walk to the market. Wonderful complimentary food and drinks available as well as bath salts and loungewear. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location!
We have a fantastic 2 night stay at the Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi. The hotel is on a beautiful little street, and a great location for getting around Kanazawa. Omicho seafood market, for example, is only a 5 minute walk away. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful riverside and 15 to the Higashi Chaya Geisha District. The hotel itself is a wonderful mix of modern and traditional. Lots of charm and authentic Japanese character, whilst also feeling clean and minimalist. The lounge/foyer is well equipped with coffee machines, soft drinks (all of which you can help yourself to), as well as a wonderful zen sand garden on the main table. The small garden area between the main building and rear building where the rooms are, felt like a clever and beautiful use of space. I enjoyed walking through it every time. We were provided with Japanese-style pyjamas and shoes, which we were encouraged to wear around the hotel. I really enjoyed wearing these! All of the staff were lovely. They spoke fairly limited English but enough for us to be able to get by, and were all super friendly. The gentleman who checked us out even came outside and offered to take photos of us in front of the hotel before waving us off. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers heading for the beautiful town of Kanazawa.

Our best Japanese boutique hotel
Best hotel on our journey in Japan so far. Warm welcome with local sweets, very friendly staff, free udon soup for dinner, And drinks. The family room has been really spacious and comfortable with an amazing bath and seemed to be completely new. Selection of amenities. Highly recommended hotel.

Exceeded all my expectations. From sweets and tea during check-in to a little present at check-out, just an amazing overall experience. The staff was very kind. Large and very comfortable bed. Large bathtub (with free complementary bath salts). A fridge with any drink you could want (also free). Free udon noodles at night. The highlight for me was the Japanese breakfast, which was not only very delicious, but also varied a little bit every day. Location is also very convenient, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

駅と繁華街の間に七していながら、とても静かです。 施設内のインテリアにこだわっていて、とても和を感じる造りになっています。 ウェルカムお団子や夜泣きうどんのサービス、ラウンジのフリードリンクも多種多様で嬉しい。 ベッドや枕などもふかふかでゆっくり休められる。 何よりスタッフの皆さんがとても温かく優しくて安心できました。 是非、金沢に足を運んでまた宿泊したいホテルだと思いました。

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die fußläufige Lage vom Bahnhof, das Design von Hotel und Zimmer sowie das coole Badezimmer haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht.
