TV facilities not very good. International channels not working. Not linked to laundry machine status like other hotels are. Also have coffee available as self-serve instead of having to ask for it to be poured by someone. Shower should be connected to tap in bathtub not to tap outside the bathtub - not convenient as it doesn't reach fully to person standing in bathtub.

Hotel was great value for money, right in the centre of the tourist attractions of Kanazawa. Nice open space downstairs for a coffee or drink after a long day as well.

Hotel is in a great location of Kanazawa, close to all the shopping and food options. Was a very walkable distance to the castle ruins and other site seeing locations. Room had a great view with the sunset over the city and had plenty of room for 2 people. Would stay again

In the checkout, the person that gave us service different one), did a mistake with the bill, a mistake that we found and pointed on, and seems not so professional with the luggage transfer service

Tight for space
A very tight for space hotel fairly overwhemed by guest numbers. Reception area was always crowded and busy and even if you could get help their limited english wasn't great. Just 2 tiny lifts serving well over 200 rooms. My room keycard annoyingly stopped working in one of them. Otherwise covenient.

We rented 2 rooms - one with a "queen" size bed and the other with a double-size bed (following US bed sizes). We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very clean and the service was very good and professional. We enjoyed the early morning free coffee at the cafeteria. The breakfast buffet (which is not free) looked fabulous but unfortunately we did not try it as we had to checkout that morning. Overall a very good place for the price, and we would choose it again without any hesitation.

Really nice hotel with good service and comfortable rooms. Probably our favourite breakfast buffet in Japan, with varied and tasty Japanese breakfast options, plus more western choices too. Good location for walking to station and main attractions. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Kanazawa, which we'd love to!
