"Location is very convenient beside the castle and <10 minutes to geisha district The furniture are probably outdated (early 90s) but room are big. Breakfast very rich and with good combination of asian and western food The free access hot spring is absolutely a must!"

"The only thing that lets this hotel down is having to check yourself in and out. It never feels as welcoming when you are expected to deal with a machine when you have staff standing at the desk doing nothing unless you need help. No thank you for staying with us - just a machine telling you you have checked out. Everything else was spot on and comfortable - the free daily snacks, drinks and rice dinner was appreciated. The champagne was particularly nice😀"

"I enjoyed my stay at Soki Kanazawa. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The restaurant in the hotel serves great Japanese breakfasts and the dinner Chef's kaiseki is fabulous. The restaurant staff is very good too. The location was ideal for my 4 night stay in Kanazawa. The only suggestion I have is for more lighting to be set up over the cabinet, refrigerator, counter area. That area is quite dark at night "
