"Run by the sweet lady in the shop on the 1st floor. She's very friendly when you take the chance to talk to her and don't let the language barrier get in the way. If you treat her kindly and with respect she will treat you like family, me and my girlfriend exchanged gifts and photos with her and made memories, she even told us to come back and see her again sometime when back in Japan. Felt like we got adopted a little. Hotel is pretty much across the street from the bus and train station, also close to a lot of food places that are open late, I recommend Gakidaisho Ramen about 2-3 blocks away."

"This is a very interesting property. We visited to glimpse Fujisan but were denied. The property is dated but has obvious charm with typical japanese 70s style architecture. The outdoor onsen is very nice. Not crowded even on a weekend. Food was really fabulous. There is good entertainment in the evening and plenty of little clubs to drink wine. I recommend this place"
