Enjoy four seasons of recreation at Canada's second-largest ski resort while staying at this spacious ski-in/ski-out townhouse! Located near the Morrisey and Orient chairlifts, powdery turns are at your doorstep. A five minute walk brings you to the heart of Sun Peaks Village with plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafés, and spas to suit any taste. Outside of ski season, enjoy x-country and lift-accessed mountain biking, golf, hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, the farmer's market, and summer concert series.

3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 3 floors provide plenty of space and privacy in this unit. Enjoy heated floors in the kitchen and all bathrooms to keep your feet cozy on cool mornings. Sit by the fire with a hot chocolate and watch the snow fall through the picture window. Unwind in the hot tub with a glass of wine or a cold beer after a full day of outdoor adventures! Oh, and did we mention that your fur children are welcome here? No need to leave them at home :)
You'll have the whole place to yourself. We have in-suite laundry available to you (even if it's just to throw your base layers in the dryer to climb into something warm and cozy before you hit the slopes!), a ski locker at the front entrance, and heated underground parking.
We have on-site management available to help you in person should anything arise; otherwise, we are easily reached by phone, text, or email.

Great spot for a ski trip!
Condo was roomy - hot tub was great and open air with great views. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room for four adults and happy with the ski lockers and ski in - ski out. Would stay again!

Amazing accommodation
Had an amazing stay, the rooms were perfect. Everything that was needed was there. Not too far from the main complex. Nice casual walk. Hot tub was excellent with incredible views. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at Sunpeaks. The chalk board with recommendations was a nice touch and really helpful.

Nice place over all very clean and easy access to the unit For family it’s awesome with lots of room The only thing is the host can’t help you with anything not working in the unit When we arrived we discovered both hair dryers not working and tv wasn’t working called the host but he wasn’t if any help told me to call Telus lol 😂 internet was working but tv wasn’t where both tv and internet were with Telus and he blamed it on the forest fires In the listing it clearly says heated pool but when we arrived the pool had been closed for a year and nothing was mentioned in the listing of the pool being under construction so my kids were very disappointed Other than that it was all good

This property had everything we were looking for. Perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own personal space with a comfortable space to congregate. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing, and were just a short distance to walk to the village for dinner and/or drinks. Was perfect for us!

Annual Family Vacation
Property was very nice and clean and very easy access to the mountain. Owners, Fox and Courtenay, were very quick to respond to our queries. This is our 25th year of family skiing at Sun Peaks and as always everyone enjoyed our time at Sun Peaks.

Sunpeaks Townhouse
Such a convenient location for ski in ski out and proximity to village. The upstairs loft room was private and large enough for a cot. Beds were super comfy. Great storage in all rooms (except master ….where some drawers would be handy in the robe units?). Hosts were very quick to respond to any queries. Check in and check out were fuss free.
