"This cozy cabin was perfect! Every morning saw deer and cattle grazing. Our first morning there, my husband was over the moon, elk were feet from our patio. We got to see them on our last day also. Cabin was very clean and host was lovely! Highly recommend to anyone who wants some peace and quiet."

"Our family of 5 has spent a week here each of the past 3 summers. Most of the rentals on Ashley Lake are on the other end of the lake but we love the quiet on this end. We brought kayaks and paddle boards and rented a boat for the week so we had lots of ways to get around on the water. The weather wasn’t great at the beginning of the week but it warmed up and we spent several days exhausting ourselves in the sun and water. "Everything was outstanding except the extremely dark parking area. There are small lights on the edges of the building, but they are woefully inadequate for the parking lot. A flashlight is an absolute must, and there is trip/fall danger at the steep edges of the asphalt due to the darkness at night. A very simple and cheap solution would be a dusk-to-dawn light on the existing power pole that is located on the parking lot.
