"Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend. "
"The hotel is fantastic! The bathtub with a city view is incredible. The staff is very friendly, and all the amenities and supplies are in great condition. The brunch is delicious with lots of variety. We also love the cozy atmosphere, surrounded by so many books. There are convenience stores, grocery stores, and a few restaurant options nearby."
"Strongly recommend! Very nice hotel - location is good, service is excellent, enjoy 24 h ice cream and coffee, clean and quiet, smart toilet…etc. will come back next time."
"Our three person room was very efficient and well thought out with plenty of storage and lighting. Availability of an awesome breakfast, 24 hour espresso and ice cream and tea, laundry invaluable. Very pleasant day. Would definitely stay again."
"Police presence at the property makes it a bit worrying. But overall it was a great stay as the view is great and the location is convenient. I would consider a good value for the price "

"The pool, the spa area were great especially having both steam room and sauna. The con is both not hot enough. When steam comes out is great but most of the time there is no steam. "
"The hotel is lovely, clean, great service, and has dining on site. The location is very convenient as the light rail and Pier 2 are right outside the hotel. My only complaint is the modern design bathroom. I am giving it 4 stars because there’s no door to the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet are separated by a stall, there is no privacy and the noise from the bathroom can wake up other people in the room. Making it very awkward if you’re sharing the room with other people. "
