"Room was clean. Beds were so comfortable. Loved falling into a bed that cradled me. Marjan at the front desk was amazing! She was funny and quick with her comebacks on jokes and teasing my husband threw at her. Breakfast was nice too, good options. Just wished there was a hot tub. "

"Room was dated which is fine,but it wasn't clean. There was a blue chair in the corner that had years of stains on it and dust between the cushions. I always check rooms for bed bugs and when I do thats when you can really see how clean things are. There was hair from previous guests under the mattress and stains on the bed skirt. No bed bugs which is great. The bathroom had someones red sock fuzz and hair on the ground still. Shower pressure was insane. You might lose an eye with how powerful it is. Staff was fine. Paying for parking was not cool because there is no where else to park and there is PLENTY of parking."

"Room carpet smelled like urine, stairwells dirty, pool dirty, requested clean towels 3 times they were never delivered. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This hotel did not feel clean or safe. "
