This villa is a spacious, welcoming property just a short stroll from town. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfy lounge – plenty of room to spread out and relax. Out the back, there’s a big, covered deck with mountain views and a fenced yard where the kids can bounce on the trampoline or play in the fort. The property also includes a separate sleepout that can accommodate up to 3 guests, making the property suitable for up to 14 guests in total. It’s warm and cosy in winter with the fire going, and perfect for BBQs and sunny days in summer. A great spot to enjoy Kaikōura.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location is excellent — close to everything yet peaceful and private. The house itself is spacious with beautifully designed interiors, offering plenty of room for larger groups. The outdoor entertainment area is a real highlight — perfect for relaxing or dining together. Beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway in Kaikōura!

We had a lovely stay in Kaikoura! Warm, cozy and spacious. What we loved more is the property is pet friendly and fully fenced so our dog is free to roam around. The property has all the amenities we need for a perfect stay. There's a trampoline, a swing and a slide which the kids fully enjoyed. The location is walking distance to town and the view of the mountains were just picture perfect. Also the host allowed us for an early check in, which is highly appreciated. Couldn't recommend it more for a lovely stay in Kaikoura.

This is a lovely house in such a great quite spot with beautiful views of the mountains. House is well set up, has a warm inviting feel to it and was clean and tidy. It is well suited for very young kids with toys and books for all ages, a slide and a much-used trampoline while parents relaxed on the couch swing. The landlords were very accommodating with some of our personal requirements. Loved the solid wood furniture and the Auger looking stove. Warm and comfy. Recommend.
