Nestled on a 5-acre property, this exclusive modern country villa offers a peaceful retreat with outstanding mountain views. With its close proximity to Kaikoura township and famous surf location of Mangamanu, you can unwind in the centrally heated villa equipped with smart TVs and air conditioning.

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Cosy retreat with spectacular mountain views, central to Kaikoura's attractions
Exclusive use of this modern country villa. No other guests besides yourselves at any one time. Only a short 7 Minute drive from the centre of Kaikoura township.
The villa is located on a 5 acre property. It has outstanding Mountain Views and its close proximity to the Township and the famous surf location of Mangamanu only a 5 minute drive away makes it peaceful escape location.
The villa is centrally heated and also has air conditioning.
The main and ground floor bedrooms both have smart TV as does the kitchen dining room, lounge and upstairs lobby area. We are located 3 minutes away from Hapuku Lodge which have top quality luncheons and evening meals.
Your Hosts Peter and Tuti who live on location are available to welcome you and lend a hand with your luggage if you require also don't hesitate to ask for help if needed.
