"Very disappointing. The food at a ryokan is at least half the value of the experience. I have been to many ryokans from budget to luxury and by far, the food here, was the worst. Tasteless and poorly prepared. Like it came from the fridge to perhaps the microwave in some cases and then to our table. "A nice Ryokan Hotel. It's rice theme is carried through in the hotel decor as the area is surrounded by rice fields. Good concept & architecture or interior design. Hotel is next to a fast flowing river & tall Bamboo grove which give it a unique continuous sound & calming ambiance....next to your room.
