"The staff doesn't really seem to care about the property. There are drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I couldn't even see my car from my room so I keep having to go back out to check on it. Would not stay here again. "

"This house was the perfect house for our family. The 2 gaming rooms entertained not only the kids but adults too. The backyard was beautiful with a great fire pit, a hot tub and a swing set. The bedrooms were great size. The kids room with the bunk beds was especially cute with some toys and books for little ones. Hyvee and Target are near by and easy to get to. We would absolutely rent this house again if we are in the area. "

"There was no soap in the bathroom and there isn't even an ice machine in the entire building. The staff was Inattentive and rude and I didn’t feel like they cared if I used that facility or not. The bed was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had a microwave and fridge but that’s it. You can definately stay there and it's decent, but bring your own soap and shampoo and fill the ice cube trays in the fridge as soon as you arrive because they don't bother to fill them when they clean the room ahead of your booking. No toaster or coffee pots provided. Air conditioning was adequate but I was disappointed in this facility."
