"Nice hotel, staff was nice at check in. Room was great except temperature control. My room was 89 when I got in there when the temperature outside was 50. I turned it down from 74 to 60 but nothing happened. I tried again an hour later and changed the configuration to see if that worked. Nothing worked. I sweated all night at 83-89 degrees. When I told the staff, they were not helpful and wouldnt let me talk to a manager. They just said "its an old building and the heat is finicky". Not good enough."

"The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and visually appealing. The beds were so comfortable! The hours of availability for amenities (ie: gym, pool, etc) were much better than most other places, open early until late or open 24/7. The complimentary breakfast buffet was top notch with a variety of options including: breakfast burrito bar, homemade waffles, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, & bacon. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip. "

"The place was great it was close to everything and fully stocked with all of the kitchen appliances you could possibly need. The only suggestion is to add more towels, she only provided one towel per guest and we stayed over a week so we had to wash the towels quite often."

"Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) "

"Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning."
