"Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. No lock on bathroom door- no hand soap in bathroom; it was equipped with shampoo at the sink- to wash hands. I did not respond to texts from front desk, asking how my stay was- so that’s my fault. I was on a trip for a college orientation for our daughter and wasn’t in the room more than to sleep and grab a quick shower. Day one- barista was friendly and outgoing. Second day- same barista was rude and seemed annoyed that I placed an order that required her to work, an order that consisted of 3 drinks. Perhaps a bad day- perhaps because the manager wasn’t present as they were the prev day- she was showing her true customer service- not sorry that my day starts at 4am- and I only waited until 6:45; they open at 6:30, to come down to the coffee shop- but - you’re open- I don’t need to apologize! Garage gates were up, 24/7- yet charged $30 per day- for self parking that ANYONE could have used- without paying. Credit card charged $100 more than reservation booking showed- still waiting for final confirmation- checked out yesterday at about 9am- no final bill provided nor receipt- so we shall see if they lower the charged amount or if I have to file a complaint with my credit card company."

"Check-in was tedious, granted it was late night(actually early morning, 1-130am), booking was via Travago via Expedia and all my info entered on line prior to arriving had to be re-entered at check-in. Upon entering the room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling loosely and I was unable to secure it to the ceiling. Toilet was not working as the tank was draining the water and first flush proved no water in tank, Removed tank top and just left it on floor so I could manually fill tank top flush, then it would drain out after filling. The tv did not come on, neither with remote or tv buttons. Upon checkout Sunday morning the clerk told me the general manager would call me Monday to discuss an adjustment after entering all the above details for GM why I was requesting an adjustment to the bill, as clerk had no authority to adjust it. Now five days later, still no call."

"I definitely come back and stay in this hotel, it has clean room and good breakfast, my only problem is the reception staff that needed training for customer service. We checked in at almost 8pm and say hello to this lady in the reception, she didn’t bother to smile and welcomed us, just said need the name and your credit card, pointing the direction and that’s it ! Not even mentioning the basic details about check out time, time for breakfast and anything that we need was thinking in my room I thought breakfast was included in what I paid but maybe not guess will just go to IHOP then I discovered when I was about to check out as I people eating there so I told my company that they serve breakfast. Same with the morning reception, no greetings just look at you as if you have 2 heads , there’s 2 ladies there looking at me when I approached to inform about my check out, just said to me about leaving my card key, and I told them that I have to collect my things since we just had breakfast and she said that I can leave the card keys in the room and that’s it . Not even giving us the paper receipt which I didn’t bother to ask but as a standard procedure usually they’ll run for you, not even ask about how’s our stay and hope to see you next time. Those little things that really counts, hope the management will do something about it, give more customer service training to their staff!"
