"Charming Bungalow with Spacious Yard was a lovely home to spend the week. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park (has a summer pool too) in walking distance. Shopping and dining is also close. The weather during my stay showed this place stays warm during the cold spells and would be great to enjoy the backyard with the grill. I felt welcomed when I entered using a keypad which is a nice touch. Each room had a nightlight giving me confidence to walk around in the night, the host really thought of everything when preparing this home. Could not be happier with Jessica and all she did to prepare for my arrival. "

"Great location great amenities. Perfectly distance from the event we were at. Minor issues in the house… bedroom ceiling fan that didn’t work and the living room ceiling fan felt like it was going to come off of its anchor if we left it turned. Downstairs TV had no sound due to a remote control, possibly coming disconnected from the TV. Overall, a great property. Great communication with the owners."

"Drew was great to communicate with the entire two week stay. My mother had a liver transplant with KU med and we needed something close and easy, and this was it! Lots of options for food and things to do close by! Highly recommend to anyone! "

"It wasn’t great to begin with, and then the furnace stopped working…The home is not a good repair. The front steps are cracked and broken, and the inside shows a similar level of neglect. Dining room chairs have missing parts of the back, the table is stained with water marks, lamp covers are beat up, vinyl floors are separating, outlets are missing cover plates, and vents in bathrooms are not properly attached.In the kitchen, there was a variety of pots and pans, but all seemed pretty worn out. There were plenty of knives, but only 4 forks.Additionally, I am pretty sure that the basement bedroom does not meet fire code, as it does not have an egress window.When the furnace went out on the evening of our second night, I called the host, and he offered to move us to one of several other properties. While some of the homes didn’t have the location or number of bedrooms needed for our group, based on the way the current property was kept, our group wasn’t eager to go to another property and found a hotel instead. Host was willing to refund the non-tax/service fee part of the last two nights, but not any of the cleaning fee."
