Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. "Excellent location in Gangnam, close to COEX on one end, the main Gangnam strip on the other, and on the green metro line that connects much of Seoul. Staff is superb, very attentive and helpful in every way. Rooms are typical size for Seoul and very clean with nice bedding. Highly recommended!"
