We stayed there with our dogs. Huge back area dogs were able to play and run! Service was great super nice owners. We were supposed to leave Sunday we stayed another night and they were super nice let us stay in our original room! Awesome stay!!

The man at the front desk was very nice and efficient. The price was cheap, but I still expected “clean”. The room itself smelled bad. The chair was covered in hair and a weird dust. The bathtub was clogged so that your feet were covered in water while you were standing in the shower. The carpet seemed old enough and gross enough that I didn’t wanna walk barefoot on it so I wore my socks the whole time. There were weird stains on the wall and cables exposed. The floor boards were dirty. The sheets seemed clean, That was a relief. I stayed at a super8 the night before for the same price that was very clean with no bad smells, so guess cheap is a gamble. If you can’t afford more, you’ll be fine. Good luck :)

Little rocky start to what sort of room I requested. I blame that more on Expedia. Manager and I came to an agreement and the room was decent. Manager a little hard to understand. We had a TV issue and that was taken care of right away.

Quiet, Comfortable and Great Price
This was my 4th time staying there this fall. All the rooms were clean and the decor was in very good condition. The internet works well and there is a good selection of TV stations. Heat/AC has been good each time and all but one of the beds was very comfortable. Also, it is extremely quiet. It isn't fancy, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it beats paying 2-3 times as much for a fancy lobby, a bigger TV and a hot breakfast.

Perfect if you're in a bind and okay roughing it up for a night. Floors are damp. Tub was dirty. Smells like smoke. But $60 is fair price. Don't expect much. This is a bed and shower (maybe)

The room was nice and clean, which is a very big plus for me, as I have stayed at some motels where they gave the appearance of cleaning but weren’t as clean as they should have been. The parking area was well lit for safety of guests, and it is in a quiet area. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by conditions not only of my room, but with the building and grounds. Would recommend to others seeking quiet and comfort.

We were down for a KSTATE football game and didn't want to pay the prices in Manhattan to stay. Thus was an excellent option. It was a short drive to Manhattan and met our needs.

Convenient location, however the bed was old, and broken down. The same with all the furnishing in the room. Carpet look dirty and wore out. I choosed the hotel because of the rating! They must be rating themselves...... it not a 8 of 10 hotel. Extremely disappointed.

Great place to stay, peaceful, and comfortable. The only downside is the bug problem. Saw 4 cockroaches and two spiders for an over night stay. Needs sprayed out from bugs but a great place to stay.

The room was spotlessly clean. Internet, A/C and TV all worked well. It was totally quiet. Bed was not especially comfortable but I slept pretty well.

On-site owners/managers are so nice, and helpful! Rooms are nice with microwave & fridge. Very affordable. Two good restaurants in walking distance - Stacey's for breakfast, Tyme Out for supper.
