With respect to property, it was clean and nice but certain areas where badly worn (baseboards) and master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get "
