"The hotel is great, it’s somewhat within walking distance from the metro line that takes you to downtown Madrid. The taxi fair was expensive to go to downtown. It’s close to airport, one metro line stop. Get a taxi to metro 5.00 euros then take the metro. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic, staff was great and the rooms were very nice."

"The breakfast is very good, so are the staff. The hotel generously offers free drinks (coffee, wine, beers and juicy) all day long and snacks before 9:00 pm. The environment is quiet and relaxing."

"Shuttle is free to go from airport to the hotel but there is a cost if you need the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. It’s a fair price (we paid 5 euros per person) but we didn’t know when we booked the property, and having a “free” shuttle was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, so be sure to add the cost of the return shuttle to the price as this may result in other properties near the airport that do offer free shuttle being cheaper overall. The breakfast starts late (7 am) but it was great food!"

"It mentions that they have 24hr shuttle for pick up from the airport, unfortunately, they do not accommodate early airport departures shuttles. I booked the hotel for the shuttle, but had to pay for an Uber. So if you have an early morning flight, don’t book it for the shuttle. The staff say hello, but other than that, not too helpful or friendly. "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."
