"This house was perfect for our family stay. We had 5 adults and lots of room to hang out. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house was fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment to cook full meals, coffee supplies, and even a few snacks and drinks, left by the host. Loved the out door seating areas and the quietness of the neighborhood. The views were amazing from the 2 floor deck. The communication, check in and house instructions, with the host was through and easy. Would definitely recommend this property!!!!"

"I've stayed here many times - it's my go-to place when I visit home. Allie (sp?) the young woman checking people in is very sweet. I enjoy my interactions with her. The rest of the staff are also very helpful as I am handicapped. The breakfast is great. My room has always been very clean. I love the fancy bows made out of TP and Kleenex! I always enjoy my stays there! "

"This gem in Crestone is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From the outside, it’s hard to imagine what’s inside, but once you step in, every corner reveals a unique and thoughtful detail. The beautifully crafted wooden windows and antique décor give the home a magical feel.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, making cooking easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well supplied with plenty of towels, linens, and essentials. The area is incredibly peaceful—just the sound of wind, birds, and an occasional distant dog.The fenced dog run right off the back door was a huge plus for us and perfect for pet owners. We visited in the spring, with warm days and cool evenings allowing for fresh cool breezes from wht windows. The stargazing from the deck was unforgettable. With plenty of seating, we enjoyed clear views of the Big and Small Dipper, Orion’s Belt, Betelgeuse, and more—just like the night sky before light pollution.What stood out most was the chance to truly unplug. The home was clean, secure, and inviting. There is a TV, but we never used it. Instead, we reconnected and relaxed. We left feeling refreshed and reenergized. If you’re looking for a peaceful, unique getaway, this Crestone rental is truly special.As a bonus check in was a breeze!"

"The pictures of the property do not do it justice. You have snow-capped mountain top views. Very private with no close neighbors. Were able to see some incredible starry night views with the telescope that is provided. Easy hike up to the Rainbow Trail. Home was spacious, and we had everything we needed. Pete, the owner, was very helpful when a small fire a couple of streets over caused a temporary evacuation. The location is about an hour from the Royal Gorge and less than two hours from Colorado Springs. Both drives are breathtaking and worth the trip. Loved Westcliffe. The town was friendly. Great shops, food, and art. Highly recommend grabbing a burger from Chappy's. Stop by the art store near the Natural Food Store. Michael Arterburn's ceramic work is so unique! His wife is super friendly and helpful, and can guide you to shops, restaurants, and other places to see. We loved our stay here!"

"We enjoyed the quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beautiful decor made us feel comfortable and the natural cleaning products and bathroom equipment was a plus. Was very happy with the policy allowing us to bring our dog."
