Howard is a nice distance from Salida, price was great and the drive is nice into the town.

Good in a last minute pinch.

No coffee pot. Three towels for four of us. Not the cleanest, but ok. Funky smell.

Good for fishermen and construction workers. Needs upgrading. We did not have sufficient towels, had to run extension cord from bathroom to beds for CPAP machines, insufficient hot water. The price was great.
