"Tips for Families with small kids: I have seen many resorts in Antalya (+ Lara) and I say Concorde is the best one among all of them for families with small kids. And here is why: Everything in Concorde resort is designed in way that is suitable for families with kids. They have indoor and outdoor play area and a play house you can safely leave kids unattended because they have professional staff caring your little ones. They have concerts and baby disco everynight so there is no worry about kids. Most people here are families with kids so you don't feel unattached to other guests as they are just like you, and all guests"understand" you when kids do something wrong. It is really important. For example if your kid drop a fork in Rixxos restaurant, every other guests would look at you like they think your kid is disturbing their peace; but in Concorde all guests and staffs are highly educated and understand difficulty of kids and most have their own here. Btw, the main restaurant has special place for kids with special menu so your little one will enjoy a specially design corner with other kids on chairs and tables which are suitable for them, (other resorts just put a high chair, but Concorde specifically designed Charis tables even buffets and dishes for children). If you have a kid around 3~ 13 yo, don't miss the Concorde. I had many many experience and this one is the best among all Even they have small stage in front of bar to facilitate kids provide their orders"

"Clean rooms but not much room for storage had to live mainly out of our suitcase. Staff were welcoming and friendly, Mustafa in the restaurant pampered to our every needs nothing was too much trouble. The Spa was great both my wife and I had Turkish baths and massages. Disappointed that the sun deck was under construction as this was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel as we like to swim in the sea. Although there were choices the food was never hot. "

"There was one double size duvet .Few thin throws . I asked receptionist to giveone duvet as my mum is old and she has diabetes. She was feeling cold they refused to give and they said just turn on the air -conditioner ,we don’t have any. She was uncomfortable at nights. The sink in the kitchen wasn’t clean . The cooker wasn’t working. Surprisingly they had used feminine pad on celling to stick the alarm . I have the video of it . We were in room 303. "

"Absolutely amazing hotel , had a bottle of champagne & cake delivered unexpectedly for my birthday was a wonderful surprise . Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour. "

"Staff couldn't be more helpful, lovely restaurant and bakery next door. Gym and spa facilities at the main hotel were fantastic. Although I had checked out they allowed me to use the sauna and indoor pool prior to leaving for the airport. Will 100% return. "
