"Fresh and delicious "

"Its a basic hotel - if you are looking for a budget hotel then its fine but there isnt much to do and the breakfast is repetitive and limited. Our shower was also leaking into the main room so we had to use alot of towels. Staff are very friendly and provide great customer service."

"This hotel is amazing for kids from the kids oriented rooms and public spaces to the 3mins walking to the Land Of Legends which is a part this hotel. We really enjoyed the food as this is reflecting the Rixos Group hospitality excellence. We will be happily come back again. Special thanks to Adem Bey and Hazal Hanim in the front office and Guest Relations desk. Families should try this once and they will come back for sure. "

"While the facilities were very nice, we were disappointed by several factors: 1. Over half of the facilities were not open (none of the outdoor pools, swim up bar, water park for kids, none of the restaurants). 2. Massive construction happening everywhere on the grounds and around the property… with all the noise, closed off sections etc. that come with that. 3. Most of the staff spoke exactly zero English even though English is the first language advertised; overall it is not very Anglo-friendly at all. 4. During the second half of our stay, there was a massive influx of guests but the number of staff stayed the same; service took a sharp turn for the worse. If you’re considering coming here, please do some digging and get as much information about the current conditions before making a purchase; especially if you’re from an English speaking country. "

"Pool side seating was good. The pool was being filled but was clean all around. The WiFi was good and the staff very helpful."

"Otel oldukça merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor. Havalimanından tramvay ile kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlanabiliyor ve neredeyse otelin önünde inilebiliyor; bu da ulaşımı oldukça konforlu hale getiriyor. Konaklama sürecim boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım, her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Şehir içi ulaşım açısından da oldukça avantajlı bir konumda. "I did not use spa or shuttle "

"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "
