"Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels.
The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!!

"Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city. "

"Central location, great variety of quality food, fantastic views from the rooms, super attentive staff - best experience ever! If I have to mention the cons, lift was too slow at times and its digital panels were faded - too hard to see which lift is coming. I also did not particularly like the fact that beach gate opens at 8am - too inconvenient for early birds who want to walk the promenade. We had to go around through the main entrance and smell the bins sitting on the side of the hotel :(
But overall was a truly fantastic holiday !"

Their doctor's office isn't helpful; you have to pay for any service, as it's not included. The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit.

"Let me start by saying the moment we checked in we were shown to our room by Baron he was extremely knowledgeable not only about the hotel but about the surrounding area and things to do. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The hotel has one main restaurant and one al a carte restaurant and a pool bar offering chips hot dogs burgers ect. The food was delicious lots of mediterranean dishes and grilled meats. The hotel is situated 11 minute walk from the old town/city which was ideal for evening shopping and going out to explore. I was hesitant as it does not have a beach front but found the picturesque cliffs to be lovely touch and believe me a sandy beach was not missed at all. If you are looking for a sandy beach Konalkyi beach is only 8mins away by taxi. All in all we had a fabulous time and can only thank the hotel staff for making it exceptional."
"At first, by mistake I got the room with street view - this is a loud option. After changing to swimming pool / garden view it was perfect.Very clean, nice and pleasant, with good parking and nice swimming-pool. 10 mins drive from the airport. Ideal for 1-2 days stay waiting for the flight back"
