Took the dog and he swam from sun up to sun down. Just be careful when the river starts to flow, it is fast. But even just sitting on the dock watching him swim was enough for us. "Cute home. Smelled a bit like smoke so could use some cleaning or airing out. We loved the outside deck with the fire pit, table and grill. Great location, walking distance to a cute little area with restaurants. Very close to Metra which we didn’t use but would be convenient if you did. Worked well for our needs with 2 adult sons where we could all have our own beds. Kitchen pans etc could use an upgrade. Found it a little difficult to cook with limited options.
