Great day, perfectly located to everything Juliet has to offer downtown. The casino was very clean with a great staff also. And I was pleasantly surprised on the size of the rooms.

This was my first day at the Harrah's Casino in Joliet. The room was spacious, well laid out, and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino floor staff was likewise very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant.

The staff was amazing! So helpful, friendly. Very nice. And the reserve restaurant was amazing..first and foremost the steak was awesome! Seasoned and cooked to perfection…the chef even came out and chatted!!! Our sever Sam was super friendly and knowledgeable! Best overall experience we’ve had in a long time!
