I like the hotel as it’s very convenient, staffs are friendly. I guessed it’s my luck that the room given was with boogie on the wall and stains on bed. Floor has hairs and chocolate on it . Fridge is dirty with wrapper in it.

3rd time staying at this hotel. The water pressure in the shower area can be better. What was usually a 10mins shower became a 30mins shower due to the lack of water.

Its new and clean. The view outside the room is good, with lots of green. Like the convenient that the shopping mall is just downstairs. Lots of entertainment for the family in the mall too.

Stayed here for 2 nights for the first time and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Staff were very hospitable. Rooms and toilets were clean. The connecting rooms were a big plus for a family of 5 and the hotel is connected to the biggest mall around the area. This will be my go to accomodation whenever I travel to JB.

Improve on soundproofing
Soundproofing is bad,we can hear people talking and lift sound.Toilet got a smell. Breakfast is bad, don't bother to go eat .Location was great,as its beside a huge mall.

In general the hotel is clean and well maintained. And overall service is good and efficient. Buffet breakfast was great with good choices and taste. Will continue to return for my future visits to Johor and have recommended friends to stay at your hotel as well.
