"This place is fine. Nothing super nice about it. It’s clean. Shower had nice hot water. Thought paying for parking was nickel & dime like. But it’s just outside the Crystal River tourist pricing & close to Publix."

"What a wonderful time! This was the perfect peaceful river getaway. The house was close enough to everything, but far enough away from town to be the escape that was needed. The property comes with so many fun activities: kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, cornhole, a S'mores kit, and the perfect dock for sitting and enjoying nature. The screened in patio was awesome during a heavy rainstorm. The place was super clean and the host was awesome. Will definitely return."

"We had a fantastic weekend getaway for two at this perfect little cottage. Everything in the house was better than pictured. The location is close to all the major attractions in the area. We will definitely be back again the next time we want a quiet getaway."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and the house met all our needs. The property is located in a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the river. Easy access to launch a kayak, paddleboard or take a swim. The house had everything we needed and the large dining room table and shuffleboard table off the living room area made for a great place to hang out and entertain. We love that the house is an older style cabin that has been renovated. The main bedroom mattress was too soft for our taste, but that's a personal preference item. The only note of caution is the railing configuration for the stairs and inside balcony could be hazardous to small dogs and children, but we made it work with our older little dog by blocking her ability to go up the stairs. Because this is an older style cabin the bedrooms have an open ceiling configuration so noise can carry from one to another. Just informing future visitors --- none of these things would prevent us from staying here again! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, plenty of space and the host is very friendly and very quick to respond."

"Beautiful home on a cut-off of Rainbow River, offering easy access without being on the main drag. Nature met us every day in the yard, from the neighborhood cat welcoming us, to the herons, egrets, Hawks, sandhill cranes, and more fireflies than I've ever seen before. The home was comfortable, clean, and well stocked, offering even more recreational options than we realized, including bikes and SAP. Only draw back was that home seems to be managed by a real estate company and communication with our local contact was neither welcoming nor personable. Day of arrival, the door code message was sent, but did not deliver due to service issuers per the sender in the real estate office, and when I attempted to reach out to our local contact she did not answer her phone and sent a clipped response that it had been texted earlier. It was a shame the contact soured some of this otherwise amazing stay."

"Great house, great location. Easy rental process. The bathrooms are fine but a lil less private since all doors are shared. They have both gas & charcoal grills. They have both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen is well stocked so if you forget something they will most likely have it. We will definitely stay again! Enjoy!!"
