"This was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was not only in a great location, right on the river, close to the springs, and supermarkets, it was so unique and spacious. Normally I bring blankets and towels because most rentals have the bare minimum but they had everything you can imagine. It felt like a home away from home. We grilled every night enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Great rental!!"

"We love this location and have stayed many times over the past five years. The house could use a little TLC, but the location is perfect. Also, the hydrilla can be an issue getting into the River. Thankfully, some fellas on the river cleared a path for us. The screened porch is fabulous as is the yard and dock. Don’t plan on grilling-various issues like no propane or the last users leaving it dirty have deterred us. We will continue to return. You should definitely go! I’m mentioning the issues for the owner."
"This house was amazing. We enjoyed having the huge outdoor space. The house is in great condition and was plenty big enough for all 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The kids enjoyed waking up and going out on the dock and fishing each morning. "
"Close to Swampy's and KP Hole for Rainbow River access. Adorable house, big, fenced backyard for pets, large rooms and well-equipped kitchen. We brought our pontoon and had plenty of room for parking, but the driveway and house are on a hill. We managed it with a 24' but success may depend on your own personal skills. Everything you need and nothing you don't! "

"The house is located right on the Rainbow River. My daughter learned to paddleboard and she's already asking how soon we can go back. We fished and kayaked as well. The early morning river had so much wildlife. The house had plenty of room, a well appointed kitchen and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again. "
