"This house was clean and ready when we arrived. The house smelled great. The kitchen has everything needed from pots, pans, silverware, glasses, dishes to dish soap. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They provide plenty of towels. The water pressure is great. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, very clean. Fans in every room, that’s a blessing in Florida. AC works great. Living room was comfortable. And the back yard is beautiful and completely fenced. There’s parking enough for 3 smaller vehicles. The neighborhood is super quiet. It’s only 5 miles from the interstate and 20-30 min from the city. The host was wonderful and always there to answer any questions. Easy no contact entry to the house. Thank you for our wonderful stay! "
"My family and I stayed here while attending the Rock the Country Music Festival. The house was very accommodating, lots of room for everyone and clean. Beds were comfy. The house was close to our venue with plenty of nearby stores for any last-minute needs.The only issue we experienced was with the water pressure. You could not run both showers or one shower and the washing machine at the same time or one would lose all water. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the experience."
