"Como fuimos entre semana teniamos el staff de servicio para nosotros solos, fue estupendo! la instalaciones de primera, pero por alguna razon no tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera a pesar que fueron a repararla, tuve que banarme con agua fria. La chica que nos atendio en el restaurant y la alberca muy atenta; la comida estuvo buena."

"Si buscas un hotel limpio que cumpla con la función de dormir cumplirás tus expectativas, pero si buscas buena calidad en amenities o en comida, la verdad, deja mucho que desear. El desayuno estuvo extremadamente básico, pero eso es algo que caracteriza a esta cadena, así que, si quieres algo más que solo dormir, hay mejores opciones."

"Estás villas son cómodas y con un diseño tradicional agradable. Son seguras, de acceso controlado y el estacionamiento está en el exterior (en la calle) pero la zona es segura. Preguntar por el AC, ya que no todas las villas cuentan con el, sin embargo hay también habitaciones que no son villas y todas ellas si tienen AC. La ubicación es conveniente para asistir a eventos en haciendas, pero a diferencia de la información en internet Uber responde más rápido que Didi en esa área. El pago debe de ser en efectivo o una parte en efectivo y lo demás con tarjeta, no se aceptan pagos totalmente con tarjeta. La experiencia fue agradable y funcional."

"Great hotel to relax in Jiutepec, Morelos. The staff is very attentive to detail, and the amenities are excellent. The restaurant serves delicious food. We also took a yoga class in the garden, which was really nice. We had planned to attend a meditation class on Sunday, but unfortunately it was canceled. We will be back!"
