The space
The fully furnished 1,257 square foot end-lot condo features a breathtaking view of the lake and is equipped with metal grill security doors and windows for added safety, making it an ideal choice for families.

• The condo is equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans in all rooms
• A water heater, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet tissue are provided in each bathroom
• Each bathroom has a bidet spray available for use.
• Master bedroom includes a hair dryer
• Each bedroom attached with the clothes wardrobe.
• Features a 40-inch TV with android tv box, unlimited free Wi-Fi, and an Atari game console with 620 built-in games that can be played by two players
• Iron and ironing board in room 2
• Vacuum cleaner, washing machine and clothes hanger rack on the balcony
• The number of bath towels provided will match the number of guests registered during the reservation

- Guests will only be able to check-in after 3pm. Early check-in is not possible in order to ensure the cleanliness of the space (cleaning is done from 12pm to 3pm).

- Check-out time is 12pm (noon). Any extensions to the stay will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- This is a non-smoking and no-party space to maintain a fresh and clean environment.

- Cleaning fees are included in the standard booking charges and cover bed sheets, duvets, towels, and the cleaning, refreshing, and sanitizing of the space before the next guests arrive.

- Guests are asked to remove all outside food before leaving the unit. Cleaning fees do not include cleaning up any food or used goods brought in by guests during their stay.

- Outdoor facilities such as theme park play areas are available to guests and can be used at any time.
