Check in was so slow and yhey asking for email and home address, etc. Breakfast was great, hot and cold options, sitting are over look the sand dunes and beaches. "

"Expedia overcharged me almost $400.00. I did not receive the room I paid for. When I called Expedia, they did not care about their dishonesty and games. They offered some Expedia points for future travel. I will be traveling again and will stay at this hotel—the people where great who worked in the Lobby. When I asked about the charges, they said they couldn't see what Expedia had charged me. Expedia is a dishonest company. I feel like they took advantage of me. "The hotel was beautiful and staff was ao kind. Andy did such an amazing job taking care of all us beach bums."

"For starters, this property is a Best Western hotel. Had I known that, I would have booked directly with Best Western and saved some money. The listing said there is a 50 incidental deposit, but it was 100 at check in. We also got charged an additional 120 for our two small dogs that was never disclosed prior to checking in. The room was quiet for being a motel and the staff we spoke to were all friendly. The water was very salty, so we had to purchase bottled water for us and the dogs to drink. The breakfast was average for a hotel chain. "

"Reserved 1 bed, 1 bath but got 2 bed with extra half bath. We have stayed at the Villas by the Sea several times in different rooms. As always, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and staff is friendly. The condo itself was nicely decorated and you could see the ocean from the upper balcony and master. "
