"Expedia overcharged me almost $400.00. I did not receive the room I paid for. When I called Expedia, they did not care about their dishonesty and games. They offered some Expedia points for future travel. I will be traveling again and will stay at this hotel—the people where great who worked in the Lobby. When I asked about the charges, they said they couldn't see what Expedia had charged me. Expedia is a dishonest company. I feel like they took advantage of me. I did report this to my CC and will report it to the Hotel Businesses. Not trustworthy. Cynthia Brown, 8645939884 Never use EXpedia!!!"

"Staff was very friendly, the location was great, but our room was not very clean and the door to get in our room was difficult to get in. The price was very reasonable for the location."

"We loved this resort. It actually exceeded expectations. The pool was nicely heated for our girls to swim. Room was spacious and clean. It is nicely located on the beach. Service at the bar was a little slow but staff was friendly enough. We would stay here again."

"For starters, this property is a Best Western hotel. Had I known that, I would have booked directly with Best Western and saved some money. The listing said there is a 50 incidental deposit, but it was 100 at check in. We also got charged an additional 120 for our two small dogs that was never disclosed prior to checking in. The room was quiet for being a motel and the staff we spoke to were all friendly. The water was very salty, so we had to purchase bottled water for us and the dogs to drink. The breakfast was average for a hotel chain. "
