The suite was nice and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable,out door hot tub and seating are were great! Only negative is the sound separation isnt great, but it didnt terribly detract from a nice stay.

Staff was friendly, but seemed to take longer to check-in than it should have. Room was clean. AC was a standing unit in the front room with a hose pulling in air from the outside - very noisy and difficult to cool back bedroom, but it did drown out the additional noise from train tracks right across the street. Elevator would have been helpful.

Really great place for staying in Jasper. Genuine price and good facility with all amenities. Just giving 4 stars because we were not able to use the Television. We asked for help but they couldn’t help us. They could improve this but overall I would definitely suggest the place for 4 people going on a trip to Jasper.

We stayed here for two nights. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. It reminded us of our parents' cottage from years ago. Surprisingly, the place is comfortable enough, it kind of grew on us after a day.

Parking is terrible. But it was expected considering the time frame of the trip. The room had baseboards ripped away from the wall and the interior was dated. But at the end of the day met the needs of a place to sleep.

Would not recommend this hotel, no microwave in the room, bathroom dirty floor and toilet bowl loose, only a bottom sheet on the bed and then a duvet, so too hot then too cold, room on second floor no elevator…

While clearly a product of the 1980s the property is very well maintained and has all the facilities a reasonable guest could expect. Everything I used worked and was in tip-top condition. The walls are a little thin, so you can sometimes hear the TV from the neighbouring room, but apart from that a perfect stay.
