"Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We got a complimentary upgrade to a chalet as our room became unavailable due to renovations- all communicated well and in good time. Chalet had great facilities, only wish would be for them to offer twin beds in a second room for families. Nice restaurant with great view. 35 mins north of Jasper but we really enjoyed the scenic drive and there are local amenities like the brewery and 10 mins to Hinton for cheap petrol and Beaver Boardwalk!"
