"This apartment is a great stay for the price, it was clean and has everything you need to prepare your meals if you want to, there is a Publix store and restaurants less than 5 min away. The host stayed in touch and was helpful in guiding when needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars on location is because the community is not well cared for, there is a dog park in the community but doesn’t look like they pick up often. "Perfect location near family in a quiet neighborhood with so many extras, from bathrobes to emergency toothbrushes and snacks! The basement apartment in the house was super clean and spacious, with more room than we even needed. Included a great outdoor space, and a game room with a fun ping pong table. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. "
